These states sometimes do not approve a program for credit before the program occurs. This course is expected to qualify for 6.25 CLE credit hours in 60 minute states, and 7.5 credit hours in 50 minute states.

Michael Scher Award

The ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law (the “Forum”) is extremely pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) S. Kenison is this year’s recipient of the Michael Scher Award. A long time public service lawyer with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), until his retirement in 2007, Bob continues his many contributions to the field of affordable housing and community development through the Forum and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
